Andrea holds a university degree in industrial design and has spent more than fifteen years building and operating water vending businesses across three continents. She developed the original Aguavida franchise concept in Colombia before expanding it to the US market, where she built the complete business model — covering vending machines, bottled water, and water treatment product lines.
Under her leadership, Aguavida grew from concept to established partner of major supermarket chains including Whole Foods Market and Rancho Markets, with machines deployed in California and across Latin America and the Caribbean. She personally designed the operational framework that now powers hundreds of Aguavida placements.
As a consultant, Andrea works directly with clients — not a team — bringing hands-on operational experience that goes well beyond theory. She has navigated the California health department licensing process, negotiated placements in competitive retail environments, and built the maintenance and cash flow systems she now teaches.
