Sierrafill provides warranties for machines manufactured by Sierrafill.
We certify them to be free from defects, under normal use, in material
or workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty is as follows: 1) to the original
purchaser only, and 2) limited to making good, at our factory, any part or parts that have
failed within one year after delivery of such product to the original purchaser. The Failed
part will be returned to Sierrafill or to our authorized dealer or the
distributor from whom you purchased. All transportation charges are prepaid to our
factory and, after our examination, shall disclose to our satisfaction to have been
defective.

• To any products or parts that have been subjected to vandalism, misuse, neglect, accidents, incorrect wiring, improper installation or uses in violation of instructions furnished by Aguavida Premium Water

• To units that have been altered or repaired using sub-standard components that are not supplied by our factory.

• To cases where the serial number of the product has been removed, defaced, or changed.

• To lamps, fuses, electrical components, or circuit breakers.

• To filters, UV lights and other consumable components. Aguavida Premium Water will without charge to the owner, exchange parts found by us to be defective within the warranty period.

This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

Sierrafill reserves the right to make changes or improvements in its products without notice and without obligation and without being required to make corresponding changes or improvements in products heretofore manufactured or sold.

Accessories, parts, or components, not of our own manufacture, are included in this warranty but may carry their own manufacturer’s warranty. Our warranty does not limit any other warranty.

Buyer acknowledges the receipt, and ACCEPTANCE OF, the Warranty terms, a copy of which is included in the Owners Manual.

• Deposit Amount: A deposit of 50% of the total purchase price is required to initiate the manufacturing process for your water vending machine order.

• Non-Refundable Nature: The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in project requirements, cancellation of the order, or withdrawal from the purchase agreement.

• Order Confirmation: Your order will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit. Manufacturing will commence upon confirmation, and delivery timelines will be provided accordingly.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance of the total purchase price is due prior to the shipment or delivery of the water vending machine(s). Failure to pay the remaining balance within the specified timeframe may result in order delays or cancellation, with the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellation Policy: Once the deposit is received and the order is confirmed, cancellation of the order will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancelled orders.

• Change Orders: Any changes to the order after confirmation may be subject to additional charges and could impact delivery timelines. Changes will be accommodated to the best of our ability but may not be feasible in all cases.

• Legal Compliance: This deposit policy is subject to all applicable laws and regulations governing business transactions and deposit agreements. By submitting the non-refundable deposit, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined herein
